Child Labour Training
Through collaborations with organizations like PRAYAS (JAC) and the International Labour Organisation (ILO), SOHAMINDIA has been a pioneer in addressing child labour issues. Training initiatives, such as the Naya Prayas project in Delhi and partnerships with VV Giri National Labour Institute and ILO-IPEC, have helped train thousands of stakeholders, including district collectors, NGOs, and community leaders, in hazardous working conditions for child labour.

Climate Change Awareness
SOHAMINDIA’s involvement in sensitizing communities and farmers on climate change issues, organic farming, and sustainable practices in Himachal Pradesh reflects a commitment to environmental stewardship and sustainable development. The use of fertilizers, forest fire, chaal ki khaal are some of the other topics on which SOHAMINDIA has been engaged.

ASHA and National Health Mission Trainings
As a national-level trainer for ASHA (Accredited Social Health Activist) and National Health Mission initiatives, SOHAMINDIA has played a pivotal role in capacity-building exercises for healthcare professionals and community health workers. Training modules on mental health, non- communicable diseases, and palliative care have been instrumental in enhancing healthcare delivery at the grassroots level.
