Dr. Daman Ahuja

Chief Executive

Dr. Daman Ahuja is a distinguished public health and community engagement expert with over 30 years of experience in the development sector. He holds a PhD in Public Health from SRM University and has a diverse educational background including social work and science.

A national award winner, Dr. Ahuja has made significant contributions to various health initiatives. He is a member of the Institutional Ethics Committee at the National Institute of Health and Family Welfare and has worked with prominent organizations like NACO, UNICEF, and the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.

Dr. Ahuja's expertise spans across training, capacity building, and community mobilization. He has developed a pool of over 5000 trainers and facilitated numerous public meetings during India's largest HIV/AIDS awareness campaign. His work has taken him across the country, organizing public dialogues on health, education, and children's issues.

A prolific writer, Dr. Ahuja has authored four books, with one receiving an award from the Haryana Sahitya Akademy. He has also contributed to radio and television programs, edited a quarterly magazine, and written columns for newspapers.

Dr. Ahuja’s multifaceted career demonstrates his commitment to public health, community action, and social development, making him a respected figure in his field.

Dr. Roshan Lal Sharma

Education and Disability Expert, PhD

Dr. Roshan Lal Sharma has dedicated nearly two decades to improving the lives of people with disabilities, particularly children with special needs, in rural and remote areas of Himachal Pradesh. His work has focused on education, rehabilitation, awareness, and advocacy for the rights of persons with disabilities.

As a member of the State Commission for Protection of Child Rights from 2016-2019, Sharma worked on resolving issues related to children with disabilities at the state level. He is also a member of the state coordination committee for welfare of persons with disabilities.
Sharma has been instrumental in promoting sports participation among persons with intellectual disabilities. As a member of Special Olympics Bharat, he has facilitated participation of 10 athletes in national games. In 2023, an athlete mentored by him won gold for India in the Special Olympics World Games in Berlin.

As President of the District Para Sports Association, Solan (HP) he has created opportunities for para-athletes to compete at national levels. He coordinated the distribution of artificial limbs worth over 20 lakhs to 15 persons with locomotor disabilities to support their livelihoods.

Er. Soham (Masters in Social Work)

Hon. Associate Specialist, School and University Programme

Soham, an HR dynamo at Aditya Birla Group, blends social work passion with tech expertise. A Gold Medalist in Social Work, he’s anchored 150+ corporate events by 25. As a former Radio Jockye,
motivational speaker, and MUN Chair, he inspires youth across platforms. This multifaceted professional also excels in poetry and writing.

Shivakankshi (BJMC)

Hon. Associate Communication Specialist

Shivakankshi, a journalism student at JIMS, balances academics with PR work for notable clients. She hosted a radio show, excels in stand-up comedy, and actively participates in MUN and theatre. With skills in voice-over, public speaking, and social media management, she’s a multifaceted communicator passionate about entertaining and connecting with people.

Charan Singh

Hon. IT Specialist

Charan, with 6 years of expertise in Facebook, Google, Bing, and LinkedIn Ads, excels in crafting impactful marketing strategies by understanding audience psychology. As the founder of Online Spot, he leads a skilled team specializing in SEO, website, and app development, serving over 25 companies. His client-centric philosophy: “Don’t focus on money, focus on fulfilling your client’s requirements,” has helped clients generate millions in revenue. Charan also directs Jeevan Ayurveda, a chain of Ayurvedic clinics, integrating creativity, IT skills, and dedication to client success.

Lalit Kishore

Youth Vounteer!

Youth Vounteer! is a graduate in Commerce who also holds a CFA certification. He puts his varied talents to good use as a Youth Volunteer, concentrating on the health and happiness of young people. Using his knack for social media marketing, Lalit develops compelling digital content to promote mental health resources and healthy lifestyle tips for the youth. His experience in event planning also comes in handy, as he’s skilled at setting up community wellness workshops , ensuring healthcare information is both accessible and relevant to young folks.
